Incoming Freshmen

  • High school report card
  • Birth certificate (photocopy)
  • Certificate of good moral character
  • 3 pcs 2x2 ID pictures with yellow (BSN), blue (BSBA), green (BSE), or light orange (BSHM) background
  • Marriage contract (for married females)

Transferees

  • Honorable dismissal
  • Transcript of records or Scholastic record for evaluation purposes
  • Birth certificate (photocopy)
  • Certificate of good moral character
  • 3 pcs 2x2 ID pictures with yellow (BSN), blue (BSBA), green (BSE), or light orange (BSHM) background
  • Marriage contract (for married females)

Foreign Students

SPECIAL STUDY PERMIT
Requirement for enrollment of Foreign Students studying Short Term Courses, Elementary and High School

The Foreign Students are requested to report to the IMMIGRATION REGULATION DIVISION (IRD) STUDENT DESK SECTION, Bureau of Immigration G/F Main Building Magallanes Drive, Intramuros Manila.

Requirements:
  1. Duly notarized letter request from applicant
  2. Duly notarized general application form accomplished by the applicant (BI Form No. MCL-07-001)
  3. Certificate of acceptance issued by the learning institution duly accredited by the Bureau of Immigration to accept Foreign Students
  4. Photocopy of passport (bio-page, latest admission and authorized stay)
  5. BI clearance

STUDENT VISA CONVERSION 9(F) VISA
Requirement to all Foreign Students, 18 years old and above already in the country who wish to enroll in the tertiary level.

Requirements:
  1. Duly notarized letter request from applicant
  2. Duly notarized general application form accomplished by the applicant (BI Form No. MCL-07-001)
  3. Original copy of Notice of Acceptance (NOA) containing a clear impression of the schools official dry seal or duly notarized written endorsement from the school for conversion of the applicants status signed by the School Registrar
  4. Original copy of medical certificate issued by the Bureau of Quarantine and International Health Surveillance or a government medical institution with competence to certify that the applicant is not afflicted with any dangerous, contagious or loathsome disease and is mentally fit
  5. Photocopy of applicants passport (bio-page, latest admission and authorized stay)
  6. National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) Clearance
  7. BI Clearance
