Admission Procedure



For Incoming Freshmen (High School Graduates)

  1. Student/Applicant proceeds to the Admissions Office (AO) with his/her application for admission requirements to secure the GCIC Application for Admission for free.
    • Submit the following upon taking the Entrance tests
      • Accomplished GCIC Application for Admission
      • 1 photocopy of 4th year Report Card (or 4th Year Report Card with 1st , 2nd or 3rd Grading Period Grade)
      • 1 pc. 2x2 colored picture
      • Pencils
    • Take the GCIC Entrance Test on the scheduled date. Applicants who cannot take the test on scheduled date must inform the office for a possible rescheduling of his/her exam.
    • Entrance exams are given from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Saturday.
    • Application for Admission Results are released immediately after the interview
    • Applicants may be admitted to GCIC on the bases of:
      • Performance in the GET
      • Interview
      • Grade Point Average
      • Quota
      • Other requisites required by the specific program
  2. AO issues Notice of Admission to Student/Applicant who successfully passed the exam.
  3. Student/Applicant who successfully passed the exam and wish to reserve for a slot proceeds to the Accounting Office for payment upon presentation of the Notice of Admission. (Reservation Fee – P2,000.00 non-refundable)
  4. Student/Applicant returns during the enrollment period with the Notice of Admission.
