Evaluation of Credits
For Transferees/ Second Coursers
- Student/Applicant submits her/his Scholastic Records (copy of grades) to the Admissions Office (AO).
- AO forwards the Scholastic Records with the Referral Form to the Dean's Office for evaluation, recommendation and availability of subjects to be enrolled.
- Secure the GCIC Application for Admission after payment of a non-refundable testing fee of Php300.00
- Submit the following upon taking the Entrance Test:
- Accomplished GCIC Application for Admission
- Clear Copy of Grades or Transcript of Records
- 1 pc. 2x2 colored picture
- Pencils
- Take the GCIC entrance Test on the scheduled date. Applicants who cannot take the test on the scheduled date must inform the office for a possible rescheduling of his/her exam
- Entrance Exams are given fro, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Saturday
- Application for Admission Results are released immediately after the interview
- Applicants may be admitted to GCIC on the bases of:
- Performance in the GET and Interview
- Grade Point Average
- Quota
- Other requisites required by the specific program
- AO issues Notice of Admission to Student/Applicant who successfully passed the exam
- Student/Applicant returns during the enrollment period with the Notice of Admission, Evaluation of Credits Form and the attached evaluated Curriculum
