Off-Campus Training
GCIC BSHM students are likewise given exposure to various industry-related exhibits and competitions in order to hone or enhance their skills in the hospitality industry. GCIC has an extensive job matching and career support office that will guide graduates for future employment opportunities in their chosen field of specialization.
The BSHM students are expected to gain valuable insights & acquire additional competencies and industry practices through extensive exposure to the different phases of the hospitality industry and through immersion programs with recognized establishments. Every student is required to undergo internship/on-the-job-training in their chosen fields of specialization: hotel (local or foreign), restaurants, bars, cruise lines and hotels, resorts and other allied services.
The students are provided with opportunities to get international exposure in foreign Hospitality and Management learning-training institutions in Singapore, Macau, Qatar & Dubai, and other foreign countries.
