You are expected to come and visit Guidance and Counseling Office on:
| June 22, 2009 to July 31, 2009 | Initial Interview All first year and transferees |

| July 1 - August 15, 2009 | Fourth year Personality Assessment |
| August 3, 2009 to September 30, 2009 | Routine Interview All second year students |
| October 12, 2009 to November 30, 2009 | Routine Interview All third year students |
| December 1, 2009 to January 29, 2010 | Routine Interview All first year and transferees |
| February 1, 2010 to March 30, 2010 | Exit Interview All graduating students |
| Time: | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Every Monday to Friday) |
| 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM - Consultation | |
| 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Saturday, more on Counseling Referrals and Parent Conference) |
Please be guided accordingly.
