Health Services Reminder
posted: July-7-2010I. All Freshmen, Transferees, and Returnees with Physical findings and deficiency in their Physical Examination are advised to submit their Medical Certificate/Clearance not later than July 10, 2010.
II.Students who did not comply with their Medical Examination, please report to the GCIC Clinic ASAP not later than July 17, 2010. Prelim permits will be hold for students who will not comply on the deadline date.
III.Releasing schedule of Medical Examination Results.
Surname starting with letters:
A – JULY 13, 2010 (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM ONLY)
B – JULY 14, 2010 (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM ONLY)
C – JULY 15, 2010 (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM ONLY)
D – JULY 16, 2010 (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM ONLY)
E – JULY 17, 2010 (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM ONLY)
