If you are a group of at least twenty (20) students with a common interest, you may apply for accreditation at the Student Development Office with the following requirements:
- Letter of Intent
- List of interim board of officers with their names, position, course, year level, contact no. and signatures
- Copy of the Constitution and By-laws duly drafted in cognizance of the existing school policies and pertinent regulations of CHED
- Soft copy of your org logo
Deadline is on June 25, 2009.
