Yearbook 2007
posted: Mar-25-2009To my fellow Batch 2007 Graduates,
As we near the completion of our yearbook, our staff would like to ask for your help to speed up the process of proofreading your profiles.
Within the next 2 weeks (March 23-April 3) you will be receiving your own profile thru email. We would like you to check all the necessary data on your profiles, your name, pictures, motto, birthday, etc. if they’re all correct.
Once you receive your profiles check them thoroughly and reply back with the profile and attach a word document stating all the errors (if any) on your page. If no errors are found pls. do reply and tell us that there are no errors on your page.
Pls submit your proofread profiles on or before April 13, 2009.We shall be posting guidelines on how to do over this proofreading process…
FAILURE TO REPLY THRU EMAIL ON THE GIVEN DEADLINE WOULD MEAN THAT YOUR PROFILES DON’T HAVE ERRORS AND THAT WE CAN PROCEED WITH THE FINAL PRINTING
- Pls. read over your testimonials and check for typo errors.
- You cannot change your testimonials nor replace it with a new one.
- Motto’s cannot be changed
- Check your complete name if it is spelled correctly, same goes to your nickname which can be seen at the lower right hand section of the page.
- Check your Birthday if it is correct
- Our staff cannot add nor delete specific testimonials from your profiles. Should there be any testimonials that is not yours or was mistakenly printed in your profile, that will be the only time we can change it and replace the testimonial with a new one.
- Should there be any corrections on your profile pls. attach a word document stating all the errors that needed to be addressed.
